I’ve had a really great experience at Life Health and Fitness. Matt is an awesome trainer who always guides us step by step, making sure we understand the movements and feel confident before progressing. He actually creates training plans that fit us, based on our goals and ability. Every session feels well thought out, and I can clearly see progress over time.

I have been going to life health & fitness for about 5 years and it definitely my favorite gym to go to. The coaches are great and are always watching you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. They are also there to answer any nutrition questions and to give great healthy recipes. If you are considering making a health or fitness change consider checking out life health &fitness you won’t be sorry . You have nothing to lose but everything to gain .

Have been loving coming and working out with Dwayne. He is knowledgeable and motivating. Helps to push you forward towards your goals! Would highly recommend this gym for people who are new to personal training or experienced gym goers. It will not disappoint.

Absolutely love this gym! Dwayne (the owner) runs it with so much pride and passion — he really knows his stuff! The entire team is fantastic, and the classes are top-notch. I’m currently training with Matt, and he is absolutely phenomenal! If you’re looking for a welcoming, high-energy, intimate gym experience, I can’t recommend L.I.F.E enough!
